The Fondation pour la création numérique works to strengthen the structure, funding and recognition of digital arts and culture as drivers of cultural, social and educational transformation. During this session, it will look back at the progress made over the past four years and introduce NEXUS, an innovative new support programme for digital creation in French-speaking Switzerland.

Anaïs Emery

Anaïs Emery directed GIFF and its Digital Market from 2021 to 2026, after serving as Artistic Director of NIFFF, which she co-founded. She also founded FutureStoryWorlds@CERN, a workshop for immersive speculative fiction. Trained in film and digital communication, she works as an expert in Switzerland and internationally across film, web series, video games and XR.
Paola Gazzani Marinelli

With a degree in social and political sciences, Paola Gazzani Marinelli has been working at the Digital Creation Hub since 2023. Since January 2026, she has also been responsible for programming at Pyxis Explo. She previously worked at GIFF from 2014 to 2023, including as Head of Professional and Digital Programmes, and has a particular interest in digital creation and new forms of storytelling.
Alexandre Iordachescu
Directeur, Fondation pour la création numérique, CH

Alexandre Iordachescu is a producer, director, screenwriter and expert in audiovisual and digital creation. As co-founder of Elefant Films, he has been developing and producing film, television and multimedia projects for over twenty years. He acts as an expert in several European programmes. In 2016, he co-founded the Fondation pour la création numérique, which he has headed since February 2026.
Guillaume Schmid

A graduate in History and Art History from the University of Fribourg and in cultural mediation, Guillaume Schmid worked for the Culture Department of the Canton of Valais and as an exhibition curator at the Valais State Archives. He has also collaborated with the HR Giger Museum and Théâtre Vidy-Lausanne. He currently works at the Fondation pour la création numérique.
