When four friends set out on the path to stand-up comedy, they discover that being funny isn't enough: between the pressure, bad deals and sacrifices, becoming the next Jamel takes much more than just talent.

Have you ever imagined yourself becoming a comedian? Ladies and gentlemen, a thunderous round of applause for Aïssatou, Nezir, Apolline, and Bling—the four stars of Standing Up, the series by the brilliant Fanny Herrero! Catch these four budding comedians on stage at the Drôle Comedy Club and dive into the world of Parisian stand-up with them as they hone their acts. On the program: improvisation, flops, hope, love, sacrifice, great, and really bad ideas… Everything you need for a hit, caught between passion and disillusionment.
