In 1953, Hillary and Norgay reached the summit of Everest. Relive this team expedition from the valleys of Nepal to the roof of the world in a virtual reality adventure inspired by real events.

In 1953, Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay reached the summit of Everest for the first time. But behind this exploit lies a collective expedition: more than 400 people and twenty tons of equipment transported 280 kilometers across the Himalayas. Everest: The First Ascent invites us to join this adventure, from the valleys of Nepal to the dizzying heights of the roof of the world. Directed by Jean Dellac and Benjamin Auriche, this free-roaming virtual reality experience recreates the ascent based on real events and places the Sherpas, porters, and expedition members at the heart of this human adventure.
