Where does a country begin and where does it end? In Measuring a Nation, natural and political borders collide, as do ecological and human timespans, offering an embodied experience of climate change, identity in the Alps, land power and land reshuffling.
In search of
As the project moves towards production, we are seeking financiers, XR co-creators, distributors, broadcasters and European co-producers to help bring it to completion. We also aim to connect with platforms, festivals and institutions that could support its production, exhibition and access to audiences.

Costanza Julia Bani
Costanza Julia Bani is an artist, filmmaker and producer working across documentary and immersive media. She teaches at SKH, conducts research at KTH and leads the ISFF Berlin Producer Programme. An EAVE graduate, she has participated in TorinoFilmLab and the Cannes Producers Network. In 2023, she joined Fellonica Film AB.
Dane Christensen
Dane is an immersive media documentary filmmaker specialising in storytelling through emerging media to explore space, identity and perspective. His work has been presented at Sundance, HBO and POV. He specialises in XR film production, cinematography and aerial cinematography. He holds an MFA in Documentary Film from Stanford University.
