Johanna, a Geneva-based woman who is as carefree as she is charismatic, decides to restore her old Beetle. A refreshing and whimsical adventure in the city of Calvin.

Following Resuns and Birds of Paradise, rising stars of Swiss cinema Aline Suter and Céline Carridroit present a tender story, a blend of fiction and documentary, centered on the queer Geneva-based artist Johanna Schopfer. A colorful protagonist, her daily life oscillates between her job as an assembler at a watch factory, her partner, her friends, and above all, restoring her Beetle, which she hopes to race in a car rally. Captured on timeless 16mm film, her adventures reveal a Geneva that mirrors this heroine: beautiful, authentic, and free from convention.
