SIS - NEW TALENTS

Les Ensembles
is a game exploring collective living. Combining construction, role-playing and video game mechanics, its modular format can adapt to mobile settings or an interactive stage. It invites audiences to build a shared story — and a shared place — while questioning how we live together.

Cassandre Poirier-Simon
Cassandre Poirier-Simon is a game designer, performance artist, and digital cultural mediator at the Municipal Libraries. Her most recent projects have included creating an imaginary museum based on a real museum scanned using photogrammetry, a puppet performance exploring the concept of hospitality, and an interactive installation featuring sculptures from Geneva neighborhoods. She lives in a cluster with 10 other people.
Clémence Lehec
Clémence Lehec collaborated with Cassandre Poirier-Simon on the interviews and their fictional adaptation. A social geographer and specialist in research-creation, her latest research focuses on urban participation and “neighborhood makers.” She published her dissertation with Metis Presses. Cassandre and Clémence lived together in a large shared apartment and are members of two housing cooperatives.
Léo Affolter
Léo Affolter trained in social work before turning to carpentry. His practice explores ergonomics, spatial design and the relationship between people and the spaces they inhabit, combining practical uses with a creative approach. He is a member of ToolxPool, a collective focused on knowledge transfer, and Treize Clou, a set design and construction project developed with Mara Usai.
Mara Usai
Mara Usai is a graduate architect and urban planner. Her practice lies at the intersection of construction, mediation and research. She explores the creation of space on various scales, adopting a site-specific and sensitive approach that engages with each context to work with what already exists, draw attention to lesser-known narratives, and examine the trade-offs that underpin the transformation of territories.
Fatou-Maty Diouf
Fatou-Maty Diouf develops communication systems linking physical objects to the virtual world and programmes the application. She specialises in educational technologies and virtual cities and frequently leads workshops. Together with Cassandre Poirier-Simon, she
organised the collaborative creation of two video games. Fatou is part of a cluster project set to launch in the Concorde neighborhood in Geneva.
Loulou Nelson
Loulou Nelson creates the illustrations and animations. Her neon colours, her graphic use of patterns, and her whimsical characters will give the project a unique feel. Loulou is part of a large collective.
Frédérique Jarabo
Frédérique Jarabo is in charge of the game’s soundtrack and technical direction. A sound technician and trained musician, she has been collaborating with dance companies since 2011 on the musical and sound composition for their performances. She is also a member of the queer electro-poetry group Colapostich. Frédérique lives in an apartment.
